Have a question. Every time I hear the song "About Time" by Lizzo I can help think the beginning of the song reminds me of another song. It keeps on eating me up, every time we play it. Any ideas anyone?

congrats to lf system on the number 1, and we finally got a good edm chart topper for once. after the constant debuts for the generic and derivative “dance” that becky hill made popular, i’m glad we have something new.

it to see joji not make the top 10 after all, i love glimpse of us. also absolutely to see the brilliant new song from cardi b, ye and lil durk debut so low but hey, it is what it is 😔

More Stranger Things going on at the base of the charts with Journey finally making it with Separate Ways. A Top 5 US hit in the mid-eighties given a new lease of life internationally. Steve Perry was a phenomenal vocalist not really recognised outside of the Rock-world or in the UK until the rebirth of "Don't Stop Believin'" due to Glee of all things.

How come Kate Bush's RUTH weeks on chart is an extention of her original but Tears For Fears at #99 isn't?

Even though ’21 Reasons’ is probably one of her weaker singles & I’d have preferred ‘Crazy What Love Can Do’ getting there, I’m just glad that Ella Henderson wasn’t denied a Top 10 hit this year after all! 😂

Great that LF System made it to #1, very much the sound of the Summer! That said, RUTH was the actual biggest track of the week by quite a large margin...it's very unclear as to why they chose to put the track back on ACR, the rules state that, for a track that has been released for 10 weeks or more: "After 3 consecutive weeks of decline a stream to sale ratio of 300:1 can be applied. This is also known as Accelerated Chart Ratio (ACR)" but this last week saw a significant increase in streams for RUTH, due to the release of the the 2nd half of season 4 of Stranger things. It really seems like a political decision that has nothing to do with the accuracy of the chart, which is very disappointing.

So so pleased with the new #1, well deserved too. Two amazing songs at #1 back to back

Finally, the first EDM #1 of the year! 😍

Really glad it’s one that stands out compared to most dance songs in the charts & one that most of the forum are generally getting behind. :)
